刪除資料 · Delete your data
喺 App 內刪除
- 打開 BeyHK，去「設定」分頁。
- 喺「帳戶」下面撳「刪除帳戶」並確認。
會刪除乜嘢
- 登入帳戶（電郵 / Apple / Google 連結）
- 個人檔案：帳號、顯示名稱、頭像、地區、推薦碼
- 聊天訊息、檢舉、封鎖名單
- 推送通知 token 同通知
- 套裝同物品清單
- 待確認嘅對戰會即時過期
- 使用事件會同你嘅帳戶脫鈎
會保留乜嘢
已確認嘅對戰紀錄同評分歷史會保留，但你嘅一方會顯示為「已刪除玩家」，以免其他玩家嘅評分同排名受影響。當機報告會按 Sentry 嘅保留期自動刪除（最多 90 日）。
冇辦法登入？
用你註冊嘅電郵寫信到 no-reply@beyhk.sh，我哋會喺 30 日內處理。
Delete in the app
- Open BeyHK and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap "Delete account" and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your login (email / Apple / Google link)
- Profile: handle, display name, avatar, district, referral code
- Chat messages, reports and block list
- Push notification token and notifications
- Decks and inventory
- Pending matches expire immediately
- Usage events are detached from your account
What is kept
Confirmed match records and rating history are kept, with your side shown as "Deleted player", so other players' ratings and rankings are unaffected. Crash reports expire under Sentry's retention (at most 90 days).
Cannot sign in?
Email no-reply@beyhk.sh from the address you registered with and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
