1. 關於 BeyHK
BeyHK 係香港 Beyblade X 玩家嘅非官方社群 App。BeyHK 與 Takara Tomy、Hasbro 或任何官方機構並無關聯。
2. 資格
你必須年滿 13 歲先可以建立帳戶。13 歲以下嘅玩家只可以用家長或監護人開設同管理嘅帳戶。
3. 對戰同排名
對戰結果需要雙方確認先會計入評分。請如實記錄；虛報結果、串通刷分或濫用爭議功能會被版主處理，包括撤銷對戰同停權。
4. 用戶內容同行為
你對自己發佈嘅訊息、相片、名稱同套裝名稱負責。禁止：騷擾、欺凌、仇恨言論、色情、粗言穢語、冒充他人、廣告、分享他人私人資料。BeyHK 對令人反感嘅內容同濫用行為零容忍：違規內容會被移除，違規用戶會被停權。訊息、名稱、套裝名稱同爭議理由會經過粗口過濾；頭像要版主批准先公開；用戶可以封鎖同檢舉；版主可以刪除內容、重設名稱同停權帳戶，毋須事先通知。
5. 帳戶
一人一帳戶。你可以隨時刪除帳戶（設定 → 刪除帳戶）。我哋可以因違反條款而暫停或終止帳戶。
6. 免責
BeyHK 以「現狀」提供。喺法律容許嘅範圍內，我哋唔對服務中斷、資料遺失或排名結果承擔責任。
7. 變更
條款可能會更新；重大變更會喺 App 內通知。繼續使用即表示接受。
8. 適用法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

1. About BeyHK
BeyHK is an unofficial community app for Beyblade X players in Hong Kong. BeyHK is not affiliated with Takara Tomy, Hasbro or any official body.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. A player under 13 may only use an account that a parent or guardian sets up and keeps.
3. Matches and ranking
A match only counts towards ratings once both players confirm it. Log results honestly; fake results, collusion or misuse of disputes will be dealt with by moderators, including voiding matches and suspending accounts.
4. User content and conduct
You are responsible for the messages, photos, names and deck names you publish. Not allowed: harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, profanity, impersonation, advertising, sharing other people's private information. BeyHK has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: such content is removed and the users who post it are suspended. Messages, names, deck names and dispute reasons pass a profanity filter; profile photos are shown only after a moderator approves them; users can block and report; moderators can remove content, reset names and suspend accounts without notice.
5. Accounts
One account per person. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
6. Disclaimer
BeyHK is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss or ranking outcomes.
7. Changes
These terms may change; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
